With the building market slowing down in the Canterbury region and many builders crying out for work, LiteGreen are very much bucking the trend as we continue to field build enquiries to deliver energy efficient, sustainable, warm, healthy homes. Slowly but surely, people are becoming more educated on how to build simply better homes and that it’s not all about the fancy schist pillars which makes a home great. Focussing on core areas such as the buildings thermal envelope introducing better insulation (SIPS, 140mm thermally broken timber frame) and coupling with good heating and ventilation, our homes are delivering beyond our clients’ expectations.
To ensure quality, our 12-15 homes a year build capacity means we only have a couple of building slots available in 2018 to be able to get building started by the end of next year. New homes in Pegasus, Oxford and three in South Brighton have all recently been completed with further builds underway in Redcliffs, Cashmere, Barrington, Halswell, Cass Bay and Mount Pleasant. If you are looking to build an energy efficient sustainable home in the next year or so, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
